Shipping policy

All items will be sent via Royal Mail. 

• All available stock items will be shipped 3-5 working days as above by your selected postage option. Packages will not fit through a letter box.
• Pre-orders - See product description
• Commissions - This will be discussed & agreed upon in our contract.
• Bank Holidays - All UK holidays items will not be posted/actioned until the next working day.
• Please always check social media for updates in regards to personal holidays or closure.
• Local delivery is FREE to those living in the DT5 area. I will contact you via email with delivery options & times. Please add a safe place to the notes on your order if you won't be in to receive your delivery. The box will not fit through a letter box.

Once items have been given to Royal Mail this is then out of my control & their responsibility. If parcels do not arrive within the quoted time frame I will need to investigate this with Royal Mail.
